Tom Nastos

Co-Founder
Tom is currently serving as the Co-Founder of BluEnsign, the fashion industry’s premier omnichannel apparel show organizer. BluEnsign is a strategic advisory firm serving consumer brands and event planning organizations across the entire global value chain.

Throughout his career, Tom has developed and demonstrated extensive executive skills in C-level positions including organizational change and development, sales growth and management, marketing, manufacturing, and operations. In his over 25 years in senior management roles, Tom’s strategic vision, brand development, and operational excellence helped him successfully create, grow and sell multiple companies in the fashion industry to both public markets and private equity investors. Specifically, he has expertise facilitating all aspects of business in China with relationships dating back to the start of his career, as well as Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and South America.

Tom started as a private entrepreneur in the fashion industry for over 20 years, prior to joining ENK. As the Founder and CEO of Endurance LLC, a $120 million in annual revenue manufacturer and distributor of apparel and footwear, he secured licensing deals with renowned brands, including Rocawear, Ecko, Pro Keds, Joseph Abboud, Paper Denim & Cloth, and more. Over the 20 year period, the companies Tom owned produced over $2 billion in sales.

Tom is a member of the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) Foundation Board and a founding member and Chairman of the Cornell Institute of Fashion and Fiber Innovation (CIFFI). Additionally, he is a past member of the Cornell University Dean’s Advisory Board. Tom also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Supply Chain Management at FIT, where he also received the Marvin Feldman Award.
