Director
Zach Steinberg is a Director with Ripco Real Estate and specializes in national and local tenant representation. His expertise includes developing detailed expansion strategies, market analysis, and location optimization. With lifelong roots in the fashion and apparel business, Zach has a unique perspective in brand positioning with a specific emphasis on specialty and luxury retail.

Zach represents brands such as Ralph Lauren, Onitsuka Tiger, RYU Apparel, Lorna Jane, Evisu Jeans, and Baldwin Denim among others. He has successfully negotiated leases with Supreme, Vans, Mango, Away Luggage, and many more.

Zach also specializes in landlord representation and advisement to develop leasing strategies and property value optimization. His clients include Blackstone, RFR Holdings, Property Group Partners, Macklowe Management, Dune Real Estate Partners, and United American Land, among others.

Zach received his bachelor’s degree from The University of Rhode Island where he majored in Communication Studies and Psychology. He serves as the real estate advisor to the Fashion Service Network which provides solutions and opportunities to the industry. Zach is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in New York and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).
