We’re doing brokerage differently.
Why? We started Vicus Partners after experiencing firsthand the conflict of interest that comes when brokers represent tenants and landlords – if your broker or their company also represents landlords, they’re conflicted and you lose (what we like to call a modern day David and Goliath). We’re doing things differently. Unlike other New York City brokerages, we only represent tenants and never landlords — meaning we represent you, your business and your bottom line only without allegiance to landlords.
We help clients from seed stage startups to Fortune 500 companies:
Find and negotiate office space (direct space and subleases)
Expand or downsize your existing NYC office space footprint
Secure short term space, including coworking space and short term subleases
Take their first NYC HQ office space
Renew and/or restructure existing leases
Terminate existing leases early
Clients include: General Assembly, Rise by Barclays FinTech incubator, Influence Media, Vision7, Handel Architects, Patek Philippe, Junior Achievement, Pera, and more
