We’re doing brokerage differently.

Why? We started Vicus Partners after experiencing firsthand the conflict of interest that comes when brokers represent tenants and landlords – if your broker or their company also represents landlords, they’re conflicted and you lose (what we like to call a modern day David and Goliath). We’re doing things differently. Unlike other New York City brokerages, we only represent tenants and never landlords — meaning we represent you, your business and your bottom line only without allegiance to landlords.
