Ezra Hedaya

Executive Vice President
Ezra serves as Executive Vice President of The Hedaya Capital Group. In this role, he is responsible for leading and overseeing Hedaya Capital’s portfolio, business development, human resources, marketing, and legal departments. With more than 15 years’ experience, Ezra is skilled at negotiating and structuring new financing facilities for clients in a broad range of industries including apparel, shoes, accessories, textiles, electronics, and consumer products. He is known for his responsiveness to clients’ needs.

Prior to joining The Hedaya Capital Group, he held senior leadership roles in operations and sales in the fashion and consumer products industry, giving him valuable insight and perspective, which helps him identify with clients and understand their opportunities and challenges.

Active in many organizations, Ezra is currently the Vice President of the 475 Esquire Toppers Credit Club and is a member of several organizations: the Fashion Services Network, SFNet, SFNet’s Factoring Committee, and the Global Turnaround Management Association. He earned his B.S. from the New York University Stern School of Business and continued his education with credit training at the NYU School of Professional Studies.
