Bert is a Managing Principal in Cresa’s New York City Office, specializing in Office, medical, education and retail tenants in New York City. With a strong focus on Lease Terminations, lease acquisitions and dispositions. Bert brings 25 years of extensive expertise in commercial real estate to his role.
Prior to merging with Cresa Bert co-founded Vicus Partners serving as head of business development with 25+ years of experience in NYC commercial leasing.
Bert started Vicus after working at other brokerages and seeing firsthand the conflict of interest that arises from representing tenants and landlords – we’re proudly tenant rep only!
